One of the most important features of a BioSmart® far infrared heater is its serviceability and availability of parts.  BioSmart® is not a throw-away heater like many cheaper ones on the market nor does it require shipping back to the factory for servicing. It is designed with the owner in mind, for ease of service and ease of maintenance for years to come. It's modular design allows the easy replacement of any part in a matter of minutes using only a screwdriver. The infrared heating elements should last at least 10 years or more and replacing them is a breeze, requiring the removal of only 3 screws.
